Seckel syndrome (SS) is described as the prototype of the primordial bird-headed type of dwarfism (Seckel 1960). It represents a spectrum of multisystem abnormalities. Seckel syndrome (SS) is a rare disorder of severe growth retardation and craniofacial-skeletal abnormalities.
